Social Media Policy
What is our purpose in Social Media?
MHAT seeks to create a space of community between Mental Health practitioners, educators, and advocates. Social Media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube have become a primary mode of communication. Blogs, online donations, and political commentary via webcam are now commonplace. In our new initiatives, we seek to take advantage of this new medium by empowering people to have a voice. The general public will be able to actively participate in Mental Health Discussion in a way that is flexible, thorough, and completely catered to the needs of our supporters.
